Poster Design on Water Conservation
Role: Creative Director, Designer, Illustrator
These posters were designed to educate people on the importance of water conservation, highlighting small, everyday actions that can make a significant impact. The focus of the design is to raise awareness about water wastage in common household activities, such as leaving the tap on while brushing teeth, taking long showers, running half-empty washing machines, and neglecting leaking faucets.
The concept is communicated through a minimalist yet clever design approach, where everyday objects are creatively merged to visually convey the message. This subtle approach emphasizes how easily water can be wasted without thought. For instance, by simply turning off the tap while brushing, a household can save up to 24 litres of water—a powerful fact prominently featured on the poster to encourage behavioural change.
